Where Are You in the Work?

Shadow work asks us to meet the parts of ourselves we’d rather not see: the anger, the neediness, the controller, the part that wants to disappear. It’s the path toward wholeness, and like any path, it helps to know where you’re standing before you take the next step.

This free shadow work self-assessment is a quiet self-portrait of where you are right now. It draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, somatic awareness, and the practice of telling hard truths. You’ll reflect on four areas: your connection to your inner world and body, how you meet your shadow parts, how you stay yourself in relationships, and your capacity for honesty when it costs you something.

Who it’s for: anyone curious about shadow work, parts work, or Family Constellations, whether you’re brand new or have been doing this work for years. It’s also a meaningful first step if you’re considering working with us.

How long it takes: about 7 to 10 minutes. There are 28 short statements to rate and a closing set of reflective questions.

What you’ll get: a personal profile showing where you have solid ground and where your growing edge is, with a reflection for each area. There are no right answers and nothing to pass. Your answers stay private on your own device. We never see them unless you choose to copy your summary and share it with us.
