Let’s dig deep
I’m a Transformational Educator & Group Facilitator. I weave shadow work, parts work, and Family Constellations into group workshops and retreats for the reunion with our inner wholeness, and the deeper community bonds that grow alongside it. I work with individuals, groups and businesses to create tailored trainings and retreats.

My path to this work
The missing key
I’ve been a student of Somatics for ten years, and for a long time it carried me far. But somatic skills alone weren’t enough to reach my deepest trauma. Parts work was the missing key — it gave me a way to turn toward the places that had been running me, and finally begin to heal them.
Finding sovereignty
Shadow work has been the icing on the cake. It took me to a level of personal sovereignty that once felt completely alien to me — and it’s the ground I now facilitate from. I explore and experiment continually, including in our constellation co-op alongside colleagues who are therapists.
