What we do together
Together, in a warm and unhurried space, we’ll turn gentle attention inward and ground in our Self, through a guided meditaiton. We will notice all the parts that come up that are not self and practice “unblending” from them and deepen in our experience of our own sense of self. We will have a brief sharing circle where we share what happened in the meditaiton. Then we will do different parts work exercises to get to know our parts. We are building the muscle of self-connection: the ability to feel what’s actually happening in you, and to stay with it kindly. The approach is somatic and body-first.
Our format
30 min: Guided meditation on connecting with your Self
and unblending from protector parts
20 min: Heart circle check in to a prompt
30 min: Guided somatic exercises that respond to what’s alive
in the room at the moment.
10 min: Closing circle
